Dynamic monitoring for the displacement of road performance assessment subjected to traffic load.

A commercially available Distributed Fibre Optic Sensor (DFOS) and Fibre Bragg Grating Sensor (FBGS) can be used to measure or monitor:

• The magnitude of load or pressure transferred down to subgrade by using FBG Earth Pressure Cell

• The vertical land subsidence and influence depth below the road by using Distributed Fibre Optic Strain Sensing Sensor
