Linear Displacement Transducer Sensor
A micro articulated linear displacement transducer, with a measuring range of 10mm-300mm. The sensor is designed using the principle of potentiometer and outputs a DC voltage signal. An external transmitter module can be installed to convert the signal into a standard 0-10V, 4-20mA analog signal or RS485 digital signal. It is suitable for surface crack monitoring in water conservancy, bridges, highways, tunnels, landslides, collapses, mud-rock flows, and slopes, and has good performance in data stability and continuity.
On-Going/Previous Projects:
- Installed the gauge on transfer wall and transfer beam of a high-rise building located in Selangor to monitor crack-width development along the existing crack line.
